Onion 2

Tomato Passata 1Lt

Ginger&garlic paste 2 TABLE spoon

Coconut milk [yogurt] 500ml

Salt to taste

Coriander pwd 2 TABLE spoon

Tumeric pwd 1/2TEA spoon

Masala pwd 2 TABLE spoon

Slice the onion and cook in a pan with oil until soft and tender.

Add the mixed veg and cook it half way.

Add the spices and stir.

Add the tomato end the coconut milk [yogurt] and finish to cook.
